2019 Jim Davis Sportsmanship Award

The CPLL Board is pleased to announce our 2019 Jim Davis Sportsmanship Award winner.

Established in 2004, this award is given to a 12U player annually by each member league in NJ's District 12.  Jim Davis was a sports reporter for The Trentonian, with a specialty and passion for local Little League coverage. This award recognizes a player that helps others, plays fair at all times, is polite, courteous and respectful to managers and umpires, displays enthusiasm and sets a great example for his or her teammates on the field and younger players watching.  Upon Jim's passing, District 12 created this award and will continue the tradition of honoring each league's winners at the 12U level.

It is our pleasure to announce and congratulate this year's Jim Davis Sportsmanship Award winner for CPLL for Softball and Baseball:
Softball - Delaney Keegan  
Baseball - Evan de Jong 

Delaney and Evan are exemplary of the kind of sportsmanship that we love and admire.
