What you need before you register on-line

Have your current medical and emergency data ready: (Doctor's contact info, Insurance Policy/Group #, Emergency contacts)

Have your credit card ready (credit information is encrypted and securely transmitted to our online service). Visa, Master Card and American Express are accepted.

Follow the link below to the online registration form. The online process is similar to most online purchases. You'll complete forms with the required data (one per child), then "checkout", and receive an email notice with a confirmation number for your records. (CPLL also receives a confirmation by email as well).

Note: During the checkout portion of registration, you might see one or more lines acknowledging a $150 Balance due, chargeable on June 26. Please note that you will only be charged *once*, and only if you do not complete your family volunteer obligation. The wording is admittedly less than clear, but it is an artifact of the way Active.com handles deferred payments. If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to contact the League Information Officer for assistance.

At the conclusion of the registration process, you'll see a page offering discounted services and products through Active.com - these are unrelated to CPLL. You may take advantage of them if you wish, or simply click the "No Thanks" button, after which you'll see a confirmation page and number. You'll also receive a confirmation email with the same information. All charges will appear on your credit card statement as "CPLL" .
